Dear Gretl Team, Is it possible to have secure proxy authentication in Gretl? Is this a hard task in terms of coding? Best, Henrique

Is the issue that you need to authenticate yourself to a proxy server in order to get access to gretl material from the net, such as databases, function packages and so on? I guess we could do that by using libcurl. You can't avoid the proxy server? Allin Cottrell

Exactly

I guess we could do that by using libcurl. You can't avoid the proxy server?
