There is no mechanism for changing the default as such, but in CVS
I have changed things so that the user's choice of p-values versus
slopes is remembered from one use of the model selection dialog to
another. That is, the default is changed "locally". This does not
persist across gretl sessions, but it shoud make life easier
within a gretl session for those who prefer to see p-values for
logit and probit models.
This change will make it into the snapshots for Windows and OS X
tomorrow.
