When I try to copy a model or model table as rtf and paste it into a
document, such as a Word or Pages document, rather than pasting the
table as rtf, it pastes it as the actual rtf code. If i paste into a
TextEdit document as plain text and then save it with an .rtf
extension, I am able to open it with Word and see a nicely formatted
table. This seems to have something to do with how gretl interacts
with the clipboard. Any ideas?

Which version and build date of gretl are you using?
This is something that was fixed a while back, but maybe there's
something special about handling of the clipboard on OS X that we
don't have right yet.

OK, I've now tried this with current gretl on OS X, with
OpenOffice as the paste target, and I see what you mean. The
same action on Linux, copying-n-pasting RTF to OpenOffice, works
fine. I'll see what I can figure out.
I notice that if I save gretl output as an RTF file and open the
file that works OK (on OS X).

OK, I've now tried this with current gretl on OS X, with

This is fixed in the OS X (Intel) snapshot at
http://ricardo.ecn.wfu.edu/pub/gretl/gretl.dmg
I've implemented a workaround for the apparent inability of the
Mac "pasteboard" to deal with the standard mime-types for RTF.

When I change the language as English, it still
remains in Turkish partly, Windows Vista 1.8.2cvs. In the previous ones
there was no such a problem. Attached is a snapshot on this problem.

Hi all,
My language setting is totally ignored (my Portuguese is always used, like
with Automatic setting).
The only way I force the language is by entering in a command window:
set LANG=en
And then calling gretl from the same window.
I tryed Turkish, and the "No datafile loaded", "variable name" and
"Descriptive label" appear. Also the General settings dialogs appear in
English (the selected language). This did not happened with Portuguese
selected.
