Clive, The text in the last message is very long. Did I understand correctly, you used
the sequence of commands below?
clive@clivubu: ~/gretl-git$ make
clive@clivubu: ~/gretl-2015d$ sudo make install clive@clivubu: ~/gretl-2015d$ make pdfdocs
If I am correct, please download User's Guide as stand-alone pdf from Gretl site and
read Appendix C
