Typically, yes, because in many cases it is just a simple restriction on
one (or maybe a sum of) parameter. Check the documentation of the
"restrict .... end restrict" command block. And there's something
similar in the menu after estimating the model.
Of course you have to know which parameter restriction corresponds to
your interpretation.
