To my knowledge, there is no package that specialises in IRF plotting. You best bet is IMO to write a gridplot block and write a function for the individual IRFs. Of course, you can take inspiration from the SVAR package code: the "SVAR_plots.inp <https://sourceforge.net/p/gretl/git/ci/master/tree/addons/SVAR/SVAR_plots... file contains some functions that you should be able to adapt to your needs fairly easily.
