Do you mean something like this?
Y = b0 + b1*x + b2*(D*x) + e,
Here D is a dummy variable specifying the group(s) that may have a different regression
line (gender, race, etc.). If so, then yes: just estimate the model in gretl and look at
the regression output for b2.
Or are you talking about something else?
