One thing I haven't tried but I'd be very surprised if it
worked:
launching gnuplot (in its own right) or R (interactive) from within
gretl-on-broadway.
Showing plots works fine, but I guess that's not what you mean. Starting
gnuplot from gretl works for me on Linux-on-broadway, where it shows up
in a new terminal tab. On Debian-on-WSL-on-Windows-on-broadway I get an
error (on stderr I think) and afterwards moving the gretl main window
isn't possible anymore. So better not do that.
In general I wonder if there is another GTK3 theme that would also work
as smoothly as the default under broadway. I don't particularly like the
looks of the default. (nor of "Gilouche" which I tried -- but a lot can
be improved already at least according to my taste by changing the menu
font directly within gretl)
cheers
