Allin just now mentioned the gretl console (Tools/gretl console) and the
built-in script editor (File/Script files/New script/gretl script).
Another workaround might be to use Google Spreadsheets, apparently it
has some handy tools to manipulate ranges like this and stack them.
(Search for "data ranges".)
