You might want to check that the whole build is coherent by doing
"make clean" first, then "make".

One simple question arises on my mind just now: What I expect to
achieve
after building? I know that isn't a Gretl.app. But it will generate a GUI
or CLI version os Gretl?
If all goes well, you should get both the CLI program, gretlcli, and
the GUI one, gretl.
