Hi, I would like to construct a scatter plot with the regression line and with a factor separation. In GUI this options are in separated clicks. There is a way to do this using the gretl console? Primary variables should appear ABOVE. model dialog boxes: small question

As part of the general tidy-up of the GUI, I'm wondering about the model dialogs where two sets of variables may be selected, for example TSLS (Independent variables and Instruments), VAR and VECM (Endogenous variables and Exogenous variables). For "historic" reasons connected with the original design of the model dialog, it was easier to place the "primary" selection (that is, Independent variables in TSLS, Endogenous variables in VAR and VECM) in the lower right position. However, I think it might be more intuitive for new users if the primary selection were above. Agreement or disagreement? Allin. -- Allin Cottrell Department of Economics Wake Forest University, NC

When will you release the 1.6 version please ? I'm very busy now and I won't be able to work on the french traduction till mid august. I also would like to traduce in french the gretl homepage, but I don't know anything about html.
