Is the "Path to tramo" setting in the preferences also
correct?
I think something was not okay in the path. I have changed it and now I don`t get the
error anymore, however, I also get the following error
In regard to function tramolin (package tramolin):Warning: "suma=0" obsolete use
of "=" as Boolean test: please use "=="

I can also see that in the user menu Variable>Linearization
by Tramo in enabled, which I assumed means it is installed.
No I don't think that conclusion is warranted, the package menu entry
isn't prepared to handle such external dependencies I think.
Yes I have ticked allow shell command from
Tools>Preferences>General.
