- Revised feature: the descriptive "labels" for series can

- Substantial speed-up of AR(I)MA estimation, using
Melard's algorithm AS 197; also improvements to the
initialization for such estimation
- New option --name for the "data" command: rename a series
on importation
- New option --tree for "print": show content of bundles
recursively
- New function jsongetb(): construct a bundle mirroring the
content of a JSON tree
- New function lrcovar(): long-run covariance
