crash with varlist --accessors

Dear all, Riccardo's script for fixed effects Poisson Regression is attached with the only one line added at the bottom. My system is 32-bit Ubuntu 15.10 The line is just varlist --accessors The script before is added to explain the situation, since 'varlist --accessors' causes no problems in other known to me settings. Oleh
P.S. Analytical derivatives give perfect coincidence with Greene table, mentioned by Riccardo, so only technical work is left

null default for matrix arguments

Following up on

you can now give a default value of "null" for a matrix argument to
a user-defined function. Illustration of usage:

function scalar foo (matrix m[null])
return exists(m) ? tr(m) : NA
end function
eval foo(I(3))
eval foo()
eval foo(null)
</hansl>
