Sorry, yet another issue, but I'm reporting them as they come...
The option '--with-impulses' doesn't seem to work in this context, at least
not combined with '--time-series'. ('--with-lines' does work, in
contrast.)
Also fixing them as they come... In git and snapshots, missing values
should be handled properly, and the --with-impulses option should be
respected.
