Adobe Reader XI, version 11.0.07. I'll update & try again
OK, I'm guessing the server ID for that release might be
"AcroViewR11"; I've now added that guess to gretl's repertoire!
I've also added code that should get SumatraPDF to go to the
specified chapter.
