Thank you, Sven
I'll send a beta-version to
this list when I finish it.
It will do the items I listed
in the previous message
but only for tobit.

P.S.
In our department we have two
one semester courses: one for
3-rd or 4-th year undergraduates
and one for graduates ('magister's' program)
My course roughly corresponds to
the second half of Hill Griffith Lim
or Wooldridge (Intro...)
There's a book of complete
solutions to HGL with Stata.
The fact that Stata can do everything
in the book without scripting simply irritates me.
I want Gretl can do it all as simply or
more simply.

Oleh, I'm not 100% sure what your question is, but I'm trying an answer
anyway: Personally I think that "submitting" a package (sending it to
the staging area) should be done when you think it's ready. If you want
to have a beta version tested, you should rather send it to this devel list.
cheers,
sven
