BTW, when I want to download the gretl+MPI manual I get a window with the
following error: "cURL error 60 (Peer certificate cannot be authenticated
with given CA certificates)"
Is that on Windows? If so, could you try replacing the bundled copy
of curl-ca-bundle.crt with
http://ricardo.ecn.wfu.edu/pub/gretl/curl-ca-bundle.crt
Maybe the certificates we're packing are out of date.
