Apologies for the CSV/CVS dyslexia in that posting. "CVS" was
intended throughout, as I trust was obvious.
I might just add a note on gretl's icons in case it helps to clarify
anything. The icons we use are of two sorts: (1) stock GTK icons and
(2) custom icons for things that are not represented in GTK (either
drawn by me or taken from the Public Domain).
The stock GTK icons are "variablized" depending on the desktop
theme. So the GTK_STOCK_HELP icon might look like a little lifebelt
or a white "i" in a blue circle, or something else, depending on the
theme in force.
The native gretl icons are constants. They are loaded from files in
XPM format in the "pixmaps" subdirectory of the gretl C source. For
example the icon specified for the PDF files under the Help menu is
loaded from the file pixmaps/mini.pdf.xpm; it shows a little Adobe
PDF logo, regardless of the desktop theme.
