Of course also nice to have; but may I remind people [slightly OT] that
Ox is free only for educational institutions. The license explicitly
says that it's not free even for non-profit or governmental organizations.
Yes, and even though it's free (gratis) for academics it's still
closed source and proprietary. That's why Ox support is not
enabled by default. But there's no denying it's a good, fast
language for econometric computation. Jack and I have used Ox as
a benchmark when adding functionality to gretl.
