Wow, I've forgotten about that, five years ago!
Do you happen to know anything about the GTK libraries that are bundled
with the Windows version? Would the support something like that?
(I could try myself but I wouldn't know how to adapt a command like
"GDK_BACKEND=broadway UBUNTU_MENUPROXY= LIBOVERLAY_SCROLLBAR=0 gretl" to
the Windows environment.)
