Yes, on Windows (10). But overwriting that file didn't change anything (also
not after restarting gretl).
Hmm, that's the latest version from the cURL site. Could you try one
more variant (extracted from current Firefox):
http://ricardo.ecn.wfu.edu/pub/gretl/ca-bundle.crt
(should be installed as "curl-ca-bundle.crt")
