It seems to me that this is a dynamically built relative link which is
really meant to point internally to the path of the local gretl
installation if you look at the reference from inside gretl. If I'm
right then all links in the web/html version will be broken.
Actually, no. These links are in principle correct, it's just that
the penngrow script hadn't got uploaded for some reason. That's now
fixed.
