OK, after make and make install I now have something under opt/gretl/bin
(relative to the msys64 base directory). Namely I can double-click
gretlrun.cmd to start GUI gretl (in English, presumably the MinGW
default language). It shows today's date, so it seems not to be my
previous, downloaded, snapshot.
I cannot directly click gretl.exe or gretl.exe, that gives an error
dialog window.
