That's the quantile regression plugin it's trying to make; the
gretl build doesn't depend on R in any way.
Is there a file plugin/rq/rqfnb.c in your source tree? That's in
CVS and needs to be available to build the new plugin.
If the file is in place (and readable) then I'm puzzled. What
does "make --version" say?
