I think I created the PO folder when I was trying to create a module
using SmartCVS, but I'm not sure.
I really sorry for this problem! I'm looking for help on internet to fix it.

I don't know how to delete that -- it's above the level of all of
the gretl files. How did you manage to create it? That should be
clue to deleting it.
