I think we should also add options to gui_usage() in
gui2/gretl.c, see the enclosed patch.
OK, done.
One little glitch remains: gretl_x11 accepts both -r and -b, but
it doesn't run or batch-execute the script, it just opens the
script in a window. Maybe this could be fixed in future
releases...
I think I'm more inclined to remove those options that to
implement them.
