What is "ahead" here -- earlier or later? If later, then I think there
should be a way of allowing early submissions with early decisions, so
that people can make plans.
(BTW, I have changed my mind about deadline extensions since last time;
they are so common now that I don't think anymore it would carry a bad
signal. So we could factor in such an extension.)
* Ok, now, who is in the Scientific Committee?
Please specify desirable criteria.
