What happens if you try running wgnuplot.exe (it's in the
gretl folder) directly?
Moreover, gretl returns "The system can not find the
specified file" (the X-12-ARIMA) when I try to estimate an
ARIMA model with seasonal adjustment.
Do you have x12arima installed and is its location correctly
stated in your gretl configuration (under
/Tools/Preferences/General and the "Programs" tab)?
