I've applied the fraclag patch. Christoph, you asked, "Is it ok
to 'overload' the fracdiff command for this purpose?" I'd say,
it's fine to overload the internal function, fracdiff_series.
But that also raises the question of whether the user-level
functions fracdiff and fraclag should be combined into one.
I don't have any strong opinion on this, just asking.
