I just wanted to say that this small script is a good candidate for a
Regression Test (software speaking). I have confirmed the crash and the fix.
It would be very useful if we all collect a set of scripts to do
Regression Tests whenever a new build is done.
Yes building up some unit tests (and / or regression tests) over time
would be very good. Allin has a bunch of stuff he runs for himself I
think, but over the years I think there were various occasions where
this did not catch the problem IIRC.
