Maybe. I see two problems:
- It is under continuous development, so porting from Java to C would
not be just a one-off effort.
- AFAIK, X12 was never ported to be "native" in gretl, and for good
reasons (I guess). Wouldn't those reasons also apply to JDemetra(+) ?
