[Gretl-devel] Russian translation

Hello! I'd like to translate gretl's interface (+help?) into Russian. And I have some questions about "best strategy": 1) What version of .pot file should I use? From current stable source (1.7.5) or from CVS? 2) Which charset should I use? Currently, I use UTF-8. 3) How to contribute ru.po file when it ready? 4) How to report bugs with translation?
