Hi,
I really appreciate all your dedication to this Gretl and GSoC projects.
I know C language, but I am afraid to commit as a backup Mentor, or any
other functions in the project(s). Professional life is consuming too much
time, and for assuming this responsibility I would have to also study the
existing code.
I will be available on a very last resource basis, if you would like me to.
This offer is for the "Gretl Database Server" project.
If you want to call me I am in Skype (username: helio_guilherme), time is
GMT+2.
Thanks,
Hélio Guilherme

I would, but since I don't speak C I doubt that I'm qualified for that.
