There is something that can be done, but I need to refer back to my notes for
details; I'll post again tomorrow.
Here's what I did on Windows 10: Desktop right-click -> Display
settings -> Scale and layout -> set to 100%.
One can set the Resolution to 1600x900, which preserves the aspect
ratio -- things will be bigger but not so sharp.
