Hello all,
News: on Monday I will merge into git master my up-till-now "experimental"
branch that allows arbitrary nesting of the "member-of" relation in the
context of function calls and assignment. (Thanks to Sven for pointing out
the previous lack of this feature.)
Thanks, Allin, this is great. I'm not sure that the implications of the
job you've done last week are clear to everybody, but this is a huge step
forward towards making Hansl a mature and robust programming language that
one can use for large-scale projects.
The one remaining feature I'd love to see covered in the future is the
possibility of having flexible lists of arguments for user-defined
functions, with a C-style "argc, argv" syntax. That'd be a killer, too.
