As the administrator, they want somebody who will reply an inquiry from Google within 48 hours. Suppose something happened or I am on vacation, this is where you will come in :-) I cannot put you as the backup adm though. It recognizes Allin but for you it says the user doesn't exist. You may need to go to http://socghop.appspot.com/ and edit and save your profile by entering a link_id and a public name.
