Ok, it was a stupid bug in my code, taking logs of negative values...
Two small other things:
1. the new 'equations' keyword is (understandably) not syntax-colored
2. the form
mysystem <- system
equations blah1 blah2
end system
estimate mysystem method=sur
doesn't seem to be supported? If so, is it necessary to disallow that?
