Is that on Windows? If so, could you try replacing the bundled copy of
curl-ca-bundle.crt with
http://ricardo.ecn.wfu.edu/pub/gretl/curl-ca-bundle.crt
Yes, on Windows (10). But overwriting that file didn't change anything
(also not after restarting gretl).
