One possibility would be to remove the gamma() function altogether and
have users use exp(lngamma(x)) if they need to.
I think it is a bad idea to remove the gamma() function. First, some have
use for it, and it would be much more cumbersome to use exp(lngamma(x))
instead. Secondly, gretl needs more features, not have features removed.
