well strangely enough it's now even worse for me: the crash already
occurs at the first estimation stage, without modifying the spec. It
also does when running gretl in English. The console error output is
simply "segmentation fault".
I will test on Windows tomorrow.
ok, problem resolved, after a reboot no crash occurs anymore, so it
wasn't gretl's fault it seems. Funny though how Linux resembles Windows
more and more, now even reboots are necessary to fix problems... ;-)
