Don't you dare touch the little girl!!!
Even though little girls typically don't need a facelifting, the same
isn't necessarily true for logos. What I mean is that the technical
look&feel of the picture could use a modernization, which wouldn't imply
that a whole different picture or symbol is used.
But as Johannes also guessed, we are not graphical designers here. So
the question is who could do something like that with satisfactory results.
