OK, excellent. We'll be glad to offer assistance if something's not
clear, for example how to add the dependency on the 'extra' addon to
your package, if indeed the new function will live there.
If matlab_utilities included a dependency on extra, we could just add
nchoosek() as a wrapper, using the new "numeric" type to tell apart the
cases when to use bincoeff() and the choose() or combinations() function
from extra.
