Perhaps I should add, I did _not_ run explicitly the 'export' command
mentioned in section 3.1. This is because my interpretation of the whole
chapter 3 is that setup.sh already does everything, and the sub-sections only
explain what it does. Maybe that's not entirely true? Then I'd call it
confusing I guess.
The all-in-one script is supposed to handle everything.
