Here's an updated draft call. I have removed most fixmes given the feedback I received. I haven't heard from Oleh -- can anybody else confirm (or correct) the statement about computing marginal effects for many (micro) models? (What I mean is that AFAICS most of Oleh's packages in the last months/years can be summarized by providing a variety of marginal effect calculations.) I have also added a note on Ioannis' University of Patras, which I think must be mentioned. Ioannis, see the fixme there; I have written "team", but I could also put your name there directly if that is closer to the truth.
