I haven't observed this particular behavior (I'm also at least partly on
Win10/64bit). What I have sometimes seen (not sure if only on Win10 or
also Win7) is sluggish interface behavior (window opening, reaction
speed to mouse clicks or similar) with no obvious cause -- otherwise I
would have filed a bug report.
I guess we just have to keep our eyes open and see if we find a pattern.
