First, I would like to inform you that I have solved the problem.
1.I removed ~/.CFUserTextEncoding with "rm" command on terminal.
2. I rebooted my mac.
3. The trouble was solved.
Now, copying as RTF in gretl (the latest snapshot) is working as expected.
Removal of .CFUserTextEncoding has not caused any trouble so far.
I am so sorry to have taken your time and thank you for your cooperation.

With Yen symbols substituted for backslashes, or no?
Yes. Backslashed were replaced with yen symbols.
How did you do that?
I wrote the source file in a text editor in UTF-8, and compiled it on Terminal using cc.
Then, I executed the resulting a.out file.
Finally, I would like to translate the resources of gretl to Japanese. Do you have any
instructions for translators?
