Whatever the reason, it is undocumented, so either we add a line to
the doc for the "freq" command or we remove lines 1675-1677 from
lib/src/describe.c.
Assiuming we give a user chance to decide how many bins he/she
wants I
prefere remove theses three lines from the source.
