Anyway: I guess we can leave this undocumented for the next release and test
it "in the field".
Yes, so long as it's not advertised I see no harm in trying it out.
I don't think the "hack" is capable of causing a crash; the worst
that can happen is that the user gets a strange error message in a
case that is for sure an indexation error.
