Yes, that write-up would have been accurate maybe 15 years ago, but
now it's seriously outdated.
It says (here: https://www.aeaweb.org/rfe/showRes.php?rfe_id=3&cat_id=1)
to contact Bill Goffe at goffe (at) oswego.edu for suggestions. I think
we should simply do that, and I could go ahead with that during the next
couple of days. (But don't let that stop you.)
